The Jazz Me Foundation was born from a daughter’s honor and a family’s legacy. Inspired by my parents—who taught me the value of community by creating toys with their own hands—we now strive to bring modern care to the children of Jamaica. What started as my mother’s lifelong commitment to her community has become our mission: to provide the tools, technology, and comfort that every child deserves.
Inspired by my parents’ lifelong passion for giving back, I founded the Jazz Me Foundation to empower children across Jamaica. My goal is to provide a home away from home at May Pen Hospital, Kingston Public Hospital, and Black River Hospital—equipping these spaces with toys, books, and anything that offers comfort and support. Watching smiles light up their faces is what drives me, just like my mom’s decades of service.

Jazmin Headley, known artistically as Jazzy J, is a dynamic singer, actor, and philanthropist whose passion for giving back defines her remarkable journey.
Born in Mississauga, Ontario, to proud Jamaican parents, Jazmin balances strong academics with her creative talents and big dreams. She aspires to attend Harvard Law School and become a judge, channeling her drive for justice into everything she does. At just 13 years old, she had already built a platform that blends performance with purpose, inspiring youth worldwide.
As Jazzy J, Jazmin shines on stage and screen, captivating audiences with her vibrant energy. Her versatile acting talent includes starring as the young Claressa Shields in a major Hollywood film and taking on the lead role in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
On television, she has starred in CBC Kids’ Ukulele U, earning national recognition. As a musical artist, Jazmin has released original music that has amassed over a million views across platforms—including her standout collaboration with Bounty Killer and Richie Stevens on the powerful track The Fire Inside. Her performances celebrate her Jamaican heritage through reggae-infused sounds, while her acting showcases a natural charisma that connects deeply with fans.
From fundraising through her music to projects abroad, Jazmin demonstrates that young voices can spark real change. One of her biggest honors is continuing her family’s legacy of giving back to Jamaica, embodying resilience, creativity, and service to encourage others to dream big.
